Safire Floor Edge Slab has been specifically designed as a cavity fire barrier within buildings. The slabs comprise 100 mm thick rock mineral fibre insulation coated on one side with an ablative coating.

Application

A fire rated cavity barrier designed to be used as a fire resistant barrier between the edge of a concrete floor slab and curtain walling which is stable in fire.

Material

Rock mineral fibre insulation coated on one side with an ablative coating.

Facings

Faced on one side with a factory applied white ablative coating.
