Intumescent Pipewrap Roll comprises an intumescent material made from elastomeric thermoplastic polymers combined with active components that provide a high volume expansion and pressure seal in the event of a fire. 

The product is 40mm wide and 2mm thick, with integral adhesive tape for securing around the pipe.

Depending on the service to be protected and the fire resistance required, multiple layers of wrap may be required, the exact number and positioning of the product is detailed in the performance section of this data sheet.
