Manor Zinfos 340WS - 5 Litre

High Performance Topcoat.

A solvent- borne high performance anti-corrosive high performance one coat, multi surface, self priming mid sheen topcoat (50%gloss). Two grades are available, both have high opacity and will obliterate in one coat in most colours: Brushing - for application by brush or roller and Spraying - for application by airless spray.

• Can be used on steel, old galvanised metal, asbestos, timber, blockwork, machinery, process steelwork, fixed plant, portable equipment and previously painted surfaces.
• It is a tough one coat polyurethane anti- corrosive mid sheen finish, resistant to spillage of most cutting oils and chemicals.
• Covers in one coat and can save up to 50% in labour time when painting older surfaces.
  
  

Typical film thickness:         Airless Spray: 150 microns wet and 75 microns dry
                                                   Brush Application: 90 microns wet and 40 microns dry
Coverage:                                Theorectical coverage 6.5 sq. metres/litre at 150 microns wet film thickness.
   (10.5 sq.netres/litre at 90 microns wet film thickness).
Structural Steelwork:           This product is a compatible topseal with Phoneix Intumescent Fire Protection Paint.
