AITHON F3 for use with PV33. A solvent-borne varnish finish coat to be applied over Aithon PV33 Intumescent to provide long term durability and protection. The unique gel properties in the Aithon PV33 provide the fire protection while the Aithon F3 finish coat, provides an exceptional decorative finish.
The product is easy to use, quick drying and leaves a natural finish to the timber. When Aithon F3 topcoat varnish is applied over the top of Aithon PV33 basecoat the finish can provide EN13501-1 Euro-class B (British Standard Class 1/Class 0) or a period of fire resistance up to R60 minutes (EN 13381-7 and EN 13501-2).
